Swift Clean Team provides residential cleaning and home staging services in Oviedo and the greater Orlando, Florida area. You can reach us via our contact form at swiftcleanteam.com/contact.

3. Estimates and bookings

• Information on the Site describes our services in general. It is not a binding offer.

• Estimates are based on the information you provide (such as home size, condition, and requested services). If the home's actual size, condition, or scope differs, the final price may change. We will discuss changes with you before doing additional work whenever practical.

• A booking request submitted through the Site is not confirmed until we confirm it with you.

• Specific service details, scheduling, cancellation, rescheduling, and payment terms will be shared with you at the time of booking or in a separate service agreement. If those terms conflict with these Terms, the booking or service agreement terms control for that service.

4. Your responsibilities for scheduled services

To help us do our best work, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about the home and the work requested

• Provide safe access to the property at the scheduled time, with working water and electricity

• Tell us about pets, hazards, fragile or high-value items, and any special instructions

• Secure valuables, cash, and sensitive documents

5. Communications

By submitting a form, you agree that we may contact you by phone, text, or email about your request. Marketing messages are sent only with your consent, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can opt out of texts by replying STOP.

6. Intellectual property

The content on this Site, including text, photos, logos, and design, belongs to Swift Clean Team or is used with permission. You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial use, but you may not copy, modify, or reuse our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

7. Photos and content you submit

If you send us photos or other content (for example, to help with an estimate), you confirm you have the right to share it and you allow us to use it to provide our services. We will not publish photos of your home for marketing without your permission.
